Sarawak Laksa

As far as i know, there are different types of laksa in different region/ states in Malaysia.
All the laksa taste different from each other. Some people like all the laksa..some only like laksa from certain state.
This is the laksa i had in Ming cafe, Miri.
The soup is made by fish, some spices, curry and coconut milk. It is definitely different than the Penang laksa. It is also different from Johor laksa.

It actually taste like Penang curry mee but with more fishes and coconut milk and normally serve with Bee Hun.

Sarawak 哥罗面 "Ke Lo Mee"

Sarawak 哥罗面 "Ke Lo Mee"

Sarawak is famous with their 'ke lo mee'.
The noodle is thin yet very chewy. It is different from the normal "wan tan mee" that we have in peninsular.
It is normally serve with "char shu", oil, light soy sauce and a little bit of dark soy sauce.
"ke lo mee" from different stalls taste slightly different, i think it is mainly because of the oil that they add...Its oily..but I dont think about loosing weight when i am eating it because I really love it.
I found one shop in Century Garden, Johor Bahru sell something similar...so i will go there when i have the crave of "ke lo mee".

This picture is taken from the one very near to Jee Foh, Miri.
